I start tomorrow on my new weight lose diet though golds gym trainers dont want to call it a diet they call it a programe lOl. Sounds a lot better then a diet so I'll go with it lOl. Here is my new meal plan just for the fun of it to show ya how seriouse I am about losing weight by december. Though I think I am going to gradually get into things make things normale instead of going low fat on some of these things listed. I'm going to stick with this list for a while to get use to the changes...

Orange
Yogurt
Slice of Bread
Cottege Cheese Low Fat
~Snake~10:00am
Tuna
Apple 1/2
~Lunch~ 12:30pm
2 Slices of turckey
1 Slice of Bread
Cellery how ever many I want YAY jk
Salad Low Fat Dressing Yuck
~Snack~ 3:30pm
1 snack bar
I think I'll add a vetable in there as well
~Dinner~ 6:00-7:00pm
Beans
Carrots only 9
Bread
Fruit
